Latina pop star Becky G has landed a guest role on hit hip-hop TV series "Empire."
The "Shower" singer is the latest artist to join the star-studded second season of the US drama, and regular castmember Bryshere Gray took to Facebook to make the announcement, reported Digital Spy.
In a video from the on-set recording studio, Gray declares he is meeting with a new castmember before revealing Becky G behind him.
A representative for the Fox network has confirmed the casting news, but has yet to reveal details of her role.
Becky G is just one of the singers showing off their acting skills on the upcoming season, which will also feature Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland, Ludacris and Lenny Kravitz.
