The BJP's youth wing will launch a nation-wide campaign between April 6 and 14 to encourage people to download the Bhim App, a digital payment gateway named after Dalit icon Bhim Rao Ambedkar.
The party's farmers' wing will also hold a series of events across the country in the period to publicise the "pro-farmer" measures taken up by the Modi government.
The decisions were taken up by the two key party wings at the meetings of their office bearers following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's directive to reach out to people to promote his government's policies during the period of the farmers' wing's foundation day and Bhim Rao Ambedkar's birth anniversary.

Citing the Centre's initiatives such as Jan Dhan, MUDRA Yojna, and irrigation and crop insurance schemes among others, he said the government has taken several measures to help farmers and the Morcha will promote them.
At the first meeting of Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) national office bearers following Poonam Mahajan's appointment as its head, it decided to launch a mass campaign to promote the Bhim App download.
