Blue Star Q1 net up 13.7% to Rs 58.46 crore

Air-conditioner maker has reported an increase of 13.75 per cent in its consolidated net profit to Rs 58.46 crore for the quarter ended June 30.

The company had registered a net profit of Rs 51.39 crore in April-June period a year ago, said in a filing.

Its total during the quarter was at Rs 1,473.92 crore, up 20.02 per cent, as against Rs 1,227.96 crore a year ago.

Blue Star's total expenses moved up 20.14 per cent to Rs 1,397.32 crore as against Rs 1,163.06 crore.
