Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon are not actually married, says the former's lawyer.
Bobbi, 21, anoounced last January that she married Gordon and since then she referred to him as her "incredible husband", reported People magazine.
"Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon," her lawyer said in a statement.
This announcement comes just three days after Gordon and a friend found Bobbi unconscious in a bathtub at her Roswell, Georgia, home.
Her family has said Bobbi is "fighting for her life".
