Bringing smile to all faces priority of J'khand govt: CM

Chief Minister today said the state's priority is to eradicate poverty and bringing smile on the face of the last person of the society.

The chief minister addressing a pre-budget meeting with deputy commissioners of the six districts of Santhal Pargana and other dignitaries.

"When the last person of the society becomes happy, only then can become happy and prosperous," he said.

The wanted to involve the people in the developmental works and pre-budget meetings are being arranged to know the views of the people, Das said.

If everyone works with honesty, no one could stop from touching new heights, he said.

The chief minister said a developed Jharkhand should be made by 2022, when there would be equal development for all and no poverty, disease or backwardness.

The state is also trying to fulfill the prime minister's dream to give houses to the poor by 2020, he said.
