The Union Cabinet today gave its nod to signing of a pact between India and Macedonia on cooperation in health sector.
The pact will cover a host of sectors including cooperation in capacity building and short-term training of human resources in health and, exchange and training of doctors, officials, other health professionals and experts.
It will also cover areas like assistance in development of human resources and setting up of healthcare facilities.
"A working group will be set up to further elaborate the details of cooperation and to oversee the implementation," an official statement said.
