Chinese tourists die in Sri Lanka hill resort

They were sightseeing at the scenic tourist spot of Lipton's Circus when lightning struck them.

Three others who were also injured in the incident have been admitted to Diyatalawa hospital.

Following the incident, public was warned of lightning risks in the central, north-central, western and south-western provinces.
