The intense cold wave conditions in higher hills and tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh subsided today, even as temperatures rose by a few notches due to mild snowfall in high-altitude tribal areas, MeT officials said.
Keylong experienced 3 cm of snowfall while Udaipur received 7 mm rain, but the weather remained dry in rest of the state, officials said.
The local MeT office has warned of thunder squall with hail at isolated places in the mid and lower hills from tomorrow and dry weather in the region from March 24 onwards.

Farmers are keeping their fingers crossed in view of hailstorm and thunder squall warning tomorrow as it would damage wheat crop.
However, experts in the state agriculture department said that damage to crops during the wet spell and stormy conditionsin March was not much, and dry weather in next few days would be good for crop.
