A DR Congo national was allegedly racially discriminated against and assaulted by security guards of the residential society they live in here.
Losasa Djunga Chansard (23), a resident of the SRS Residency in Sector 88, in a complaint alleged that the security guards at his building attacked him and his brother with batons, police said.
He said the incident happened on the night on June 10 when he and his brother returned home after visiting their friends.

The security guards hurled racial slurs and attacked them.
A case was registered against three accused under relevant sections of the IPC, in-charge of Bhupani police station Aman Yadav said.
On of the accused, identified as Ombir, has been arrested. Efforts are on to nab absconding other two.
