Ahead of first anniversary of the BJP government in Rajasthan, Congress today released a 'black paper' highlighting the BJP "misrule" and announced that demonstrations against the same will be held across the state tomorrow.
A black paper titled "Pradesh mein Bhajapa sarkar ke kushashan ka ek saal" and a poster depicting "Bhajpa sarkar: Ek saal ki kahani, khabron ki jubani" was released by PCC President Sachin Pilot along with his new executive members at a press conference.
Pilot asked if the Vasundhra Raje-led BJP government deserved to mark the one year in power with a rally at Janpath tomorrow.

"What has the BJP government delivered in the past one year to public as promised in its poll manifesto, despite the high degree of mandate given to it three times," he alleged.
He said Raje and other ministers should introspect and ask their conscience if the occasion warranted any celebrations burdening the public exchequer.
"What exactly have they delivered to public which they had promised on the eve of elections of Assembly, Lok Sabha and civic bodies ... What happened to the 15 lakh new jobs, who will answer about the closure of 17,000 schools and their privatisation," he further alleged.
Pilot said Congress workers and leaders would hold protests in all district headquarters tomorrow and they would submit a memorandum carrying the black paper and poster to 33 respective collectors. In Jaipur the protest would be organised at Bari Chaupar at 1200 hrs.
Pilot claimed Jaipur had turned into a capital of sit-ins and protest in the past one year with the teachers strike, two months' lawyers strike, students unrest among others.
Pilot termed the performance of the state government as "very disappointing" and added that people were unhappy as it failed to give respite from inflation, corruption, crime, malnutrition and lawlessness.
