In a restricted activity, copra Alapuzha prices recovered at the spices market here today on renewed demand from stockist and millers.
However, copra office Kozhikode prices held steady in the absence of any market moving factors.
Meanwhile, local copra, pepper and ginger markets were closed for bandh called by traders in protest against the imposition of LBT (local body tax) by the government.
Copra office Alapuzha edged up by Rs 25 per quintal to Rs 4,600 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 4,575.
