Dozens missing in boat capsize off Thai tourist island: disaster office

Dozens of people are missing after a diving boat carrying 90 people capsized in rough seas off the Thai tourist island of Phuket, the Phuket office of Disaster, Prevention and Mitgation said today.

The boat was carrying 90 passengers when it capsized "half of them were rescued, the operation is still ongoing," it said.
