Explosives, wireless sets recovered

Security forces today recovered a large quantity of explosives and wireless sets from a Maoist den in Bihar's Munger district.

Launching a major combing and search operation against the ultras in Barkhi Kanani area of Bhimbandh forest, the security forces recovered over 2,000 electronic detonators, 24 wireless sets, besides uniforms and literature belonging to the Naxals, SP Barun Kumar Sinha said.

Two bunkers of the Maoists have also been destroyed, he said.
