A fan ended up getting injured when attending a Mumford & Sons concert.

The unidentified female concertgoer got her head hit with a guitar stand thrown into the audience by the British band's frontman Marcus Mumford during their recent show in Walla Walla, Washington, reported Ace Showbiz.

The incident was captured in a video taken by another fan in attendance.

In the clip, the group was in the middle of performing "Ditmas" when Mumford hurled the guitar stand into the crowd for no clear reason.

It was reported that the fan was clearly hurt after the metal rod landed on her head. Other people in the crowd tried to get Mumford pause the performance so the fan could get medical attention.

For now, it's still unclear how bad she was injured.

Representatives for the band haven't commented on the incident so far.
