rBus, a startup offering AC bus service in Mumbai, today said it has closed a seed funding round from IndiaQuotient, People Group founder Anupam Mittal and others.
The financial details were not disclosed.
Founded by Siddharth Sharma, Anshul Khandelwal and Vivek Choksi, Raftaar Technologies (which operates rBus) currently offers services in Mumbai. With over 40 trips daily trips, the service caters to more than 500 commuters.

Start up firm Revv today said it has launched self-drive car rental service in Delhi-NCR region.
Set up in May this year by former McKinsey Partners Anupam Agarwal and Karan Jain, the company will offer doorstep delivery and unlimited kilometers pricing for hourly rentals, it said in a statement.

GSMA appoints Mat Granryd as Director General
GSM Association, a global body of GSM telecom operators, today said it has appointed Mats Granryd as Director General and Member of its Board.
Granryd will assume leadership of the GSMA on January 1, 2016, it said in a statement.
Earlier, Granryd has spent 15 years in a variety of roles at Ericsson, most recently as Head of Northern Europe and Central Asia.
