Farmer killed in clash over land dispute in UP

A farmer was allegedly hacked to death while four others were injured when two groups of villagers clashed in Pandhara village here over some land dispute, police said today.

Ramdayal (60) was killed and four others were injured when the two groups clashed over land dispute last night, they said.

An FIR has been registered against one Bholanath and his three sons in this connection, police said.

Bholanath was also injured in the clash and is undergoing treatment at a hospital, they said, adding that the matter is being probed.
