Fire chemical factory, 3 injured

Three workers sustained burn injuries as a fire broke out in a chemical factory at Narendrapur under Sonarpur police station in South 24 Parganas district, fire brigade officials said.

The injured workers were taken to hospital.

The fire broke out after explosion of a gas cylinder, the officials said adding two fire tenders have brought the blaze under control.
