ATM's and cash deposit machines were gutted after a fire broke out in the wee hours today inside a e-corner of State Bank of India at MVP colony here, fire official said.
However, no one was hurt in the incident. Prima facie, a short circuit could the reason behind the blaze, they said.
They said the fire broke around at 2 AM when the owner of the building and his family were asleep on the first floor of the two-storyed building.

Taking help of the security guard, the family members escaped from the building and informed police and fire brigade, officials said.
Two fire tenders were pressed into service and the blaze was doused nearly after two hours. Two ATMs and two cash deposit machines were reduced to ashes, District Fire Officer J Mohan Rao said.
Detailed investigations are underway to ascertain the cause of the fire, he added.
E-corners are places where customers can perform banking activities 24 by 7 on their own.
