Five persons drown in Salem dist
Five persons drowned in Salem district in different incidents today.
Police said a man, his wife and daughter drowned in a stone quarry pit at Kandhashramam while taking bath.
In the second incident, two 15-year-old boys drowned in the Kuzhandampatti lake while learning swimming, they added.
