Four persons died on the spot after their car collided head-on with a lorry at Bally Halt, police said today.
The incident occurred in the wee hours, around 1.30 am, when the car collided with the lorry coming from the opposite direction, they said.
All the four men, whose identity is yet to be ascertained, travelling in the car died on the spot, police said, adding, that a search for the absconding lorry driver has been initiated and case has been registered in this connection.
