Gambling den busted, 11 persons arrested

With the arrest of eleven persons, the police today claimed to have busted a gambling den in Odisha's Ganjam district.

Around Rs 1.38 lakh and 11 mobile phones were seized from them during a raid at the den near Balipadar, Inspector In-Charge of Buguda police station R K Dey said.

The gamblers, mostly from the local area and many of them businessmen, were playing cards, when police raided the place last night, he said.
