Gold worth Rs 4 lakh seized from passenger at NSCBI Airpot

The Air Intelligence Unit of the Customs today seized a little over 140 gms of gold worth Rs 4.22 lakh from a passenger.

AIU sleuths said the gold was detected concealed inside the rectum of a passenger travelling by a Spice Jet flight from Bangkok.

The passenger was arrested and was being interrogated by the sleuths.
