Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today announced that 'Pratibha Samman Samaroh' will be organised every year to honour meritorious students of Haryana who excel in All India Civil Services Examination and other competitive exams at national level.
Hooda was speaking at 'Pratibha Samman Samaroh' organised here to honour the students who have excelled in civil services exam from 2009 to 2012.
