HC allows withdrawal of PIL on parking lots allotment

The Bombay High Court today allowed withdrawal of a public interest litigation that had alleged corruption in allotment of public parking lots in Mumbai.

A division bench of Justices V M Kanade and P D Kode allowed the petitioner Pravin Wategaonkar to file, instead, a criminal PIL on the same issue.
