Heavy rains in Kodaikanal

Heavy rains lashed this hill station from late last evening till early this morning flooding several low lying areas.

The rains could help the horticulture crops raised in and around Kodaikanal, said officials.

The officials said the Silver Cascade Falls, Pampar Falls and several other mini-falls in the hill were in torrents following the heavy rains.
