Houses, govt school damaged in lightning in Udhampur

Five houses were destroyed and a government school partially damaged in lightning strike in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir today.

The incident took place at Pachound village in Dudu tehsil around 10:30 AM, Tehsildar of the area, Sushil Kumar said.

Five houses were completely damaged, he said adding that one government school was also partially damaged.
