IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has received a 'letter of intent' from Ireo Pvt Ltd for construction of a luxurious residential project 'Gurgaon Hills' located at Gurgaon in Haryana.
Total value of the project is Rs 175.80 crore, which is expected to be completed in 39 months, a company statement said.
The scope of work includes construction of civil, structural, internal finishes, boundary wall, external development works for the project, and management, coordination, according to the statement.
