IL&FS Transportation to raise Rs 750 cr by issue of debentures

IL&FS Transportation today said it will raise Rs 750 crore through non-convertible debentures.

The committee of directors has given nod for allotment of 7,500 debentures aggregating to Rs 750 crore, it said in a BSE filing.

"The committee of directors had approved on March 31, 2017, the allotment of 7,500 rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs 750 crore on a private placement basis," the company said.
