: Charging that incidents of chain snatching and dacoity had become very common in Tamil Nadu, DMK leader M K Stalin today sought the people's mandate to end the 'misrule' in the state.
Addressing a series of meetings here as part of his "Namakku Naamey" (self help) campaign, he said government was not able to give any replies to questions raised on the suicide of DSP Vishnu Priya.
Besides all schemes announced under "110 rules" in the assembly was only on paper, he said.
