India's Lanka tour to begin with three-day warm-up game

India's Sri Lanka tour will start with a three-day warm-up game against Sri Lanka Chairman's XI, and followed by three Test matches, BCCI announced today.

The warm-up game is scheduled to begin on August 6 at R Premadasa International Stadium in Colombo.

The Test matches will be played at Galle (August 12-16), Colombo Oval (August 20-24) and SSC Colombo (August 28-September 1).

The team will return on September 2.

Itinerary:

August 12-16: 1st Test (Galle)

August 20-24: 2nd Test (Colombo)

August 28-31: 3rd Test (SSC, Colombo).
