India's leading golfers will get a great opportunity to get a berth into Asian, European and South African Tours with the announcement of a new tri-sanctioned AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open today.
The tournament, which is expected to draw top golfers from each of the three Tours, will be played at the Heritage Golf Club from May 7-10, 2015.
India's leading players expected to tee up for the event include Anirban Lahiri, Shiv Kapur, Gaganjeet Bhullar, Jeev Milkha Singh, SSP Chowrasia among others besides a host of others who ply their trade on Asian Tour.

The event will be held at the C Beach Club at Heritage Resorts on Domaine de Bel Ombre, which was recently ranked amongst the top-10 golf courses in Africa by CNN.
The AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open is the first ever tri-sanctioned golf tournament endorsed by the Sunshine, European and Asian Tours, all of whom are founding members of the International Federation of PGA Tours.
The total prize fund of Euro 1 million available to the professional golfers is the highest prize purse ever to be paid out for a tournament held in Mauritius.
The 138-man field, made up of at least 40 professionals from each of the participating Tours plus qualifiers and local invitees, will compete in a 72-hole stroke play championship over four days.
