Indiabulls Housing Finance to raise Rs 100 cr via debt

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd today said it will raise Rs 100 crore by issuing non-convertible redeemable debentures through private placement.

"The company proposes to issue 1000 secured non-convertible redeemable debentures with a face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 100 crore, on private placement basis," the company said in a BSE filing.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance closed at Rs 632 today, down 1.83 per cent over previous close on BSE.
