Indiabulls Housing offers festive discount on home loans

Indiabulls Housing Finance today unveiled a festive scheme offering home loans at a rate of 9.55 per cent -- 0.1 per cent lower than existing rate.

The existing rate for housing finance company is 9.65 per cent.

The festive scheme will begin with immediate effect and will be applicable to all new loans logged in for sanction till November 15, the company said in a statement.

With the reduction in rate of interest, customers can now avail home loan with EMI's starting at Rs 845 per lakh.
