Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today claimed that there is a major shift in the thinking of big IT companies and they have evinced interest to set up their offices in the state capital here, besides Noida.
"Due to the efforts of the Samajwadi Party government, the compaines in the IT sector have had a shift in their thinking towards Uttar Pradesh..Now these companies are coming forward to set up their campuses in the state capital," Yadav said while addressig the first batch of 150 trainees at the HCL campus at the IT City here.
Referring to the various steps taken by his government to encourage investment, Yadav said besides making continued efforts to improve the basic facilities, policies favouring investments have also been formulated.
Yadav reiterated that his government was committed to the economic development of the state and is providing more opportunities to the young workforce by unleashing economic development in the state.
