Jet appoints Kuldeep Sharma as Company Secretary

Private carrier Jet Airways today announced the appointment of Kuldeep Sharma as its company secretary and vice president for corporate governance and compliance.

Sharma's appointment to the new position comes with immediate effect, Jet Airways said in a regulatory filing today.

Further, Sharma has been designated as the compliance officer under clause 47 of the Listing Agreement, the airline said.

Sharma had joined the Mumbai-based carrier in Janaury this year as head of corporate governance and compliance after parting ways with Kishori Biyani-led Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited.
