SundernagarPolice today arrested a labourer from Jharkhad forallegedly murderinghis colleague during an altercation.
Thedeceased - Basant Lohra (19) - andaccused Phaklu Bhagat (20) were from Jharkhad and were workingas labourers with a contractor.
Mandi Superintendent of Police Prem Thakur said the two were staying in a common accommodation at Harbagh near Sundernagar here.
The two had a fight last evening during which Bhagat hit Lohra with iron rods after which the latter died.
The police have registered a case against the accused under section 302 (punishment for murder) of the IPC.
