JK Legis Assembly & Legislative Council to convene on Spet 30

Jammu and Kashmir government has approved a proposal to convene State Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council here on September 30.

The approval was accorded in a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at Civil Secretariat here last night, an official spokesman said.

"The Cabinet considered and approved the proposal that State Legislative Assembly and State Legislative Council may be convened at Srinagar on Monday September 30, 2013 at 10 AM and 11 AM respectively," the spokesman said.
