Journalist John Brittas appointed media advisor to Kerala CM

Senior journalist and Managing Director of 'Kairali TV' John Brittas was today appointed Media Advisor to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

A decision to appoint Brittas as media advisor without salary was taken at a cabinet meeting held here, an official release said.

Senior lawyer M K Damodaran was made legal advisor without salary, the release said.

Senior IAS officer V J Kurian has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary in Water Resources department and also would hold the additional charge of Coastal shipping, Inland Navigation and Inter-state water Cell, the release said.
