Kansai Nerolac Paints today reported a 33.67% increase in its standalone net profit at Rs 65.66 crore for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2014.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 49.12 crore for the October-December period of previous fiscal, Kansai Nerolac Paints said in a BSE filing.
Its net sales during the quarter under review increased 7.63% to Rs 884.29 crore as compared to Rs 821.58 crore during the same period in the previous fiscal.
Kansai Nerolac is the second largest coating company in India and a market leader in industrial coatings.
Shares of the company today closed at Rs 2,428.85 per scrip on the BSE, down 1.59% from its previous close.
