Karnataka Bank net profit during Oct-Dec up 33% at Rs 106 cr

Karnataka Bank today said its net profit in the third quarter ended December 31 rose by over 33 per cent to Rs 106.7 crore.

Its standalone net profit during the same quarter a year earlier stood at Rs 80.07 crore, it said in a regulatory filing to the BSE.

Total income has increased from Rs 1,050.58 crore to Rs 1,165.54 crore in the October-December, 2013 period, it added.

Shares of the bank closed 0.57 per cent lower at Rs 104.90 apiece on the BSE today.
