KMC portfolio reshuffle, Mayor given back revenue assessment

KMC sources said the Roads and Engineering portfolio of the Mayor would henceforth be under Atin Ghosh, MIC.

The decision was announced after a meeting among chief minister Mamata Banerjee, the Mayor and the MICs.

Tarak Singh, MIC, who had been incharge of Entally workshop and tubewells would now be incharge of slums, which was under Ghosh, the sources said.
