KSEB beats RCF, Indian Navy prevail over Chennai customs

KSEB overcame RCF 100-79 in the 55th All India Basketball Tournament for men for the PSG trophy here on Sunday.

Jishnu N Nair scored 29 and Rahul Sarath 17 for the winners, whle Sahil (23) and Sathosh Kumar 14 played well for the losers.

In another match, Indian Navy trounced Customs 83-38. Gurwinder with 18 points and A J Thomas with 13 did the star turn for the winners, while Sugavaneshwar (11) ploughed a lonely furrow for the customs.

In the third mach of the day, Indian Bank defeated Indian Army 72-62.

Gineeb Benny netted 17 points for the bankmen and Isaac Thomas nine for the losing team.
