Lankan fishermen held

Five Sri Lankan fishermen were arrested by Indian Coast Guard personnel for entering Indian waters, coastal marine police today said.

They were brought to Karaikal coast early this morning.

Their boat was also seized, they said, adding, coast guard handed them over to the coastal marine police.

The fishermen hail from Jaffna.
