Large explosion rocks northern Iranian city

Iran's semi-official Fars news agency says a heavy explosion has rocked Qazvin city in the country's north, and that authorities expect many casualties.

Today's report said the explosion happened in a storage facility. Qazvin is a commercial city with many stores.
