In a large haul of drugs in Mizoram, 1.02 lakh Methamphetamine tablets popularly known as 'party pills' valued at Rs 306 lakh locally were seized.
The seizure was made last night, Superintendent of Police, CID (Crime) Lallianmawia today said adding three Myanmarese nationals were arrested in connection with it.
He said the seizure was made in a joint operation by the Mizoram police and volunteers of the Supply Reduction Service (SRS), the anti drug squad of leading NGO Young Mizo Association.

The three Myanmarese were booked under sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Lallianmawia told PTI and added that the three Myanmarese nationals were identified.
The Methamphetamine tablets were suspected to have been smuggled from Myanmar through the 404 km-long porous Mizoram-Myanmar international border.
Each Methamphetamine tablet, also called 'crystal meth', is reportedly sold for Rs 300 here.
