A total of 1013 cases were settled at a special Lok-Adalat organised today at the District Court Premises here as a part of the National Lok-Adalat.
Two benches - one comprised of Principal District and Session Judge, Leh Sanjay Dhar and Advocate Tashi Gyalson and the other included Chief Judicial Magistrate Yahya Firdous and Advocate Gonbo Stobgyal - overlooked the proceedings.
Cases relating to consumer complaints, civil disputes, compoundable criminal cases, traffic challans, cases pertaining to labour and municipal laws and those related to shops and Establishments Act were included in the case, sources said.
