Liam Payne hits studio with Pharrell Williams

One Direction star Liam Payne is collaborating with "Happy" hitmaker Pharrell Williams for his forthcoming solo album.

Payne signed a solo record deal with Capitol back in July.

On Thursday, October 6, he shared on Instagram a photo of him and Pharrell in the recording studio, reported Aceshowbiz.

The 23-year-old singer wore an all-black outfit consisting of a hat, an Adidas hoodie, sweatpants and sneakers. The "Happy" hitmaker, meanwhile, sported a grey hat and sweatshirt paired with ripped denim shorts and pink boots.

"Great few days with @pharrell pleasure working with you as always," Liam wrote along with loads of exclamation mark and fire emojis.
 

Payne first worked with Williams in 2014.
