Life sentence to five in a murder case

Additional Sessions Judge Jitendra Kumar Sinha sentenced to life Mahendra, Laxmi Narayan, Sri Nivash, Gajendra Nath and Sasikant for killing one Piyare Yadav and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 each on them, sources said.

The five had killed Yadav in Parsauna village under Kolahi police area of the district on August 5, 2001 over a minor dispute, they said.
