Local BJP leader dies in road mishap in Bareilly

A BJP leader died after being hit by a vehicle in Civil Lines area, police said here today.

Sudhir Jain, regional general secretary of BJP, sustained serious injuries after a vehicle ran over him while he was returning home last night, they said.

Jain was referred to Delhi, but he succumbed to injuries, police said.
