Local BSP leader expelled from party

A local BSP leader has been expelled from the party for alleged involvement in anti-party activities.

"Rajaram Tarachand Shastri was expelled from the party for anti-party activities yesterday," BSP national General Secretary, Naseemuddin Siddiqui said.

Shastri had contested polls from Khatauli Assembly constituency as a BSP candidate in 2012.
